These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Omnix Platform available at https://omnix.cloudwowx.com (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Not posting or sharing unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.

• Not using the Platform to send spam, unauthorized advertisements, or malicious software.

• Complying with the terms and conditions of any third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X) connected to your account.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

6. Subscription & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice for existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

• All software, branding, and content on the Platform (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Omnix or its licensors.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload or schedule.

• By posting content through the Platform, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit it as necessary to provide the service.

• You confirm that you have the necessary rights to post such content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months of your subscription.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omnix, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support@cloudwowx.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
